Question: What is a search warrant in Oklahoma?
Answer: A search warrant is, again, another legal document that allows the police to search either a home, a business, an apartment, a car or some other premise without the consent of the person who owns or lives there. The police would have to specify why they are searching the premise, what they specifically are looking for and where they will be looking for it. That has to be signed by a judge before it can be issued and executed by the police.
