Question: Do most people go back to jail for marijuana possession in Oklahoma?
Answer: I will speak for myself, not necessarily for other attorneys on that, and the short and honest answer is that it would be extremely rare—though not impossible—but extremely rare for one of my clients go to jail for simple possession of marijuana. There are so many ways to avoid that; something would have to go terribly wrong.
